To keep honey in a liquid form, it is possible to use a hot water bath to decrystallize it. To do this, bring water to a boil and then turn off the heat. Place the container of honey in the hot water and let it sit until the honey becomes liquid again. Depending on the size of the container and the amount of crystallization, it may be necessary to repeat the process.
Please do not microwave plastic containers, as they will melt.
